According to the definition of corporate social responsibility, “being socially responsible means investing in human resources, protecting the environment, relations with the company’s environment and informing about these activities, which contributes to the growth of the company’s competitiveness and creates conditions for sustainable social and economic development.” Therefore, in MTL The Home of Stainless Steel, we engage in the activities of local communities, support the passions of our employees, and motivate them through training and integration meetings.

MTL The Home of Stainless Steel has been sponsoring the basketball team of the Toruń Amateur Basketball League for many years. The men’s team in MTL’s colors performs well on the pitch, maintaining a constantly high position in the ranking.

“RUN TORUN – RUN WITH HEALTH 2018!”

This year, for the first time, we are the sponsor of the “Run Toruń – run with health!” Run, organized for the 7th time by the Run Torun Foundation. In the the run, which took place on 29 April 2018, a 7-person team of our employees represented MTL on two distances – 5 km and 10 km.
