What does the purchasing process look like, working with MTL?
(invoicing and deferred payment)
When starting a partnership, clients often ask us whether we issue VAT invoices and if they can receive an invoice with deferred payment terms when working with MTL. The short answer is: yes and yes!
Invoicing: We issue a VAT invoice covering the selected products and services. The invoice is sent electronically to the client within a specified time frame.
Deferred payment: The client has a set period in which they must settle the payment. The possibility of deferred payment and the time frame depends on an analysis of previous transactions, documents, and the relationship in our collaboration. This is determined on an individual basis.

Request for quote - What do you need and when?
Send us a quote request. Submit a request for specific stainless steel products, including delivery date, quantity of the product(s) and technical specifications. Orders can be placed by phone (contact tab), email (contact tab) or via our website (form). Contact our sales team to discuss your needs for a specific stainless steel product. We can discuss available products and help you refine your individual purchasing requirements.

Offer Response - Verification and Invoicing
After receiving the inquiry, we verify whether the selected products are available in our warehouse. If everything is there, we proceed to the invoicing stage. After receiving our offer, you can respond to us, confirming your willingness to cooperate. Then we will proceed to the next stages of establishing commercial terms. Our sales team is open to negotiating commercial terms. We can discuss aspects such as prices, payments, delivery times, logistics conditions, etc. Our goal is to establish favorable conditions for both parties.

Order fulfillment - Start of cooperation
After payment is settled, we process the customer's order. Stainless steel products are prepared for shipping or collection by the customer, according to the customer's preferences. We deliver the ordered products to the customer at the specified address or the customer collects the order in person from our warehouse. Delivery is carried out in accordance with the agreed terms. After successfully completing the above stages, you become an MTL customer and we will supply you with high-quality stainless steel according to your needs - yes, it's that simple!
